Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, checks and CareCredit®. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We will send you a monthly statement and prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.

We offer 3-month payment plan for our established patients. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to any treatment.

CareCredit® financing is available for transactions of $2,000.00 or more with an interest-free period of 6 months. For more information on CareCredit®, please visit their website at or contact our office for more details on our policies.

Insurance Policy

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you — a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of estimated costs. We will discuss your treatment plan before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and offer financing through CareCredit® for treatments greater than $2,000.00. For our established patients, we can make arrangements for a 3-month payment plan; however this must be done prior to the date of service.

As a convenience to you, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive this maximum benefit. We will also gladly provide dental X-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided. However, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your claim has not paid within 30 days.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
